  Unattentive staff more interested in laughing and messing about. Cold coffee, table next to us not cleared in the 30mins we were there. Staff wondering around aimlessly with food and drink orders looking for people.

  Called in with my wife for coffee and a sandwich. The table we sat at in the window was sticky from not being wiped properly. The chairs had crumbs of food down the back of the seat. My wife returned from the toilet to tell me that the ladies loo was smelly and in need of a good clean. On the plus side, the coffee was good and staff were pleasant.
